Super friendly staff who are always up for a chat - but won't monopolise your time unnecessarily either. I would give this a 5 star review except that the store is somewhat small and feels crowded as soon as two or more people come in behind you. They also sell metro tickets/ credit for your metro card.

The workers are very personable and even-tempered, even with a ridiculous line in front of them as they serve. And that's my reason for the lower rating, there's often a way-too-long line here, espeically during peak times. It's survival of the fittest on who can stand the wait. Hold on and you'll see the less patient (or more busy) of the species drop like flies. Apart from employing more staff (which seems to be against the value system of government organisations), there's not much that can be done other than try to go at a less packed time. In a nutshell - you've got mail!
