The Raj Mohal is always busy, even on a week night, and they have various deals on offer in the week which make curry a really good value meal - such as a 3-course meal for two for £18. Perfect for dates, in fact, as the tables are so nice and private! There's a good range of traditional India starters, main courses and side dishes, and the food tastes freshly cooked when it arrives. Service is quick and friendly, and of course you get hot lemon-scented flannels and After Eight mints at the end of your meal - what kind of a curry would it be without those?! Overall one of the worst experiences I have had in any restaurant and would never go back where customer service is so poor and clearly the customer is not always right when it doesn't suit the boss, even if the customer is right.
