I was told the problem areas in an exit interview and given some stretching tips to help alleviate the pain! Some backstory: I'd been traveling for the past week and was overexerting myself. A 2.5 hrs into a 5 hr drive passing through Duluth I was in a lot of pain. I'm very thankful to have thus last minute appointment, like 20 min before it started!
