Word in complex is that the Property Manager and his family own the property. Everything is a low priority on maintenance schedule. First response is it can't be done. Maintenance is good about repairing items that "so called" can't be done but without property manager's knowledge. Property Manager needs to re-evaluate priorities showing tenants a little more respect. He also quite frequently uses the line, "Well if you don't like it here you can pay me 4 months rent to buy out of your lease and move." I have heard that at least 5 times and I have only lived here for 4 months. Other tenants share same opinion. Buildings are made out of very cheap material. If you are thinking about renting pay close attention during walk through and make sure everything works properly.

Sarah in particular is amazing and fantastic to work with. We were given a full factory tour, showing exactly how our home would be made and the full inspection process it would go through to ensure its finest quality. After that we were able to tour some of the model homes and found our dream house almost immediately. We were able to make individual changes to create the perfect home for us. They were also able to connect us with several resources for financing and set up. My husband and I traveled from Central Illinois to their Indiana office and they even paid for us to stay in a local Inn for the night so we didn't have to tackle the 5 hour drive home that night! Who does that?? I can't say enough about our amazing experience with Factory Expo Home Center. They have our business and we recommend then to anyone who is looking to purchase a mobile or modular home.
