Lasted 20+ years though so I guess we got our moneys worth on that one. Spent that night researching local plumbing companies online and decided on You Betcha Plumbing so I called them first thing Monday morning. Kayla answered on the SECOND RING ! (I'm impressed already !) Told her our situation and sent her some picts, and she went to talk with their plumbers. She called back in around 10 minutes and said they could be out to replace the pump later that afternoon. Outstanding service ! Later that day, received a text that they were ahead of schedule and they were on the way ! They even provided a link to an online map showing/tracking their current location and minutes until arrival. Colton and Logan arrived to rescue us and had the old/new pump swapped out and all tested in about an hour. Fantastic service, response time and great communications. This is how a great company is run. Can't recommend You Betcha Plumbing enough. They are definitely our "go to" company for any future plumbing related needs we might have.

My regular plumber was not available and given I was putting the place up for sale in the Fall I needed to get this done. I called Maiden Lake Plumbing and thankfully the owner offered to help. They were nearly an hour away, which in LA is considered near by, but in Northern WI that's quite a hike. The owner was extremely helpful in a number of ways as was the man assigned to handle the job. He was on time, he cleaned up after the install was complete and couldn't have been more customer focused. When there was a small hiccup after he left he immediately turned around and came right back to make things perfect. Should you need plumbing assistance in NorthEast Wisconsin I would definitely call these guys at 715-276-6565. I don't think you can go wrong.

That's how serious his health issue is and the service is no longer an emergency so there's no need to come that quickly at 7am. Coming at 9am won't hurt anyone but coming early could be catastrophic for my child because I need to process his medical devices before he can use them. She hung up on me. We have had to get a lawyer specifically for these types of issues because it's so common place to ignore medical needs for no emergency situations that impose a threat in our home because we are tenants instead of owners.
