If you like to get billed for your neighbors trash, i.e. lawnmower and extra charges for putting some floor tiles in your can, go for it..... One person household that typically has 1-2 bags of trash a week and they want to charge me extra for "construction materials", Never, did I once, place anything extra outside my container, and I was conscious of the weight of material I put in. We used to use Waste Management. It seems like they send their trucks through as early as humanly possible so that you would miss garbage pick up. We are talking 7 AM garbage pick ups and HOA neighborhoods where you were not allowed to leave your trash out overnight. NCD sent out a coupon to try them out. They have been absolutely fantastic. They are very responsive, are happy to send a truck back out on occasion if you missed pickup, don't charge you for every bag that doesn't fit in the can, and are very polite and helpful on the phone. We even had a driver knock on our door because he noticed our can wasn't out and wanted to make sure we didn't miss pickup. We cannot recommend NCD highly enough! read more

I've had weekly service for years with nearly no issues. I rented a roll off for a bigger home project and was lied to about cost and time of service for it. I was more than happy to try to work things out but the office was rude right off the bat. The only thing they offered was to pick it up. They've lost a lifetime customer simply for being rude about a mistake they made. I hate to have to find a new service; but, I won't do business with people like that. read more

These are the loudest trucks EVER! They wake up my kids at 7am and again in the afternoon for pickups. They are the slowest at making rounds, the loudest trucks, and the most inconsistent with times. They are more expensive than any other company that services our neighborhood. read more

I tired to set up a new account, the lady on the phone was super rude, gave me a 20 question run down. It seemed like she was trying to link me to some old tenants account. Then after being put on hold forever, was told that she needed to run it by someone else purely because our first name matched. I'm sorry but I have a common first name. I immediately hung up and called another company and had no problems getting service through them. Would not recommend NCD at all!! After the bad experience of calling to get service I can't help but think I dodged that bullet early on. read more

Usually the way it is supposed to work is that you pay for a service and then said service is done for you. Well with Northern Colorado Disposal you're never quite sure if they're going to do what you paid them for. Three times in one month they just skipped my house. The last time they just took half the can. They saw it as half empty I saw it as half full. The staff in the office are nice but, their drivers are lazy. read more
