This is not the first time I have relied on NATCO Transmission for service. And will not be the…read morelast. This place just recently changed ownership, and the new ownership had a very high bar to achieve just to maintain the service excellence I had received in the past. My 2021 suburban with GM's pathetic failure of a 10 speed has been having shifting issues for a long time. I had taken to the stealerships a few different times while under warranty and ofcourse they claimed it was fine every time. Now that the warranty expired, if failed. GM, of course, is refusing to make things right - so while exploring legal action, I still need to get it back on the road. So I brought my Suburban to Shaun (the new owner of Natco). Shaun and his entire team took excellent care of me, made the repairs and got me back on the road. They have secured theribbon of excellance !! Thanks to all of you and NATCO.

Then they gave me my options a long with the pricing in which they were spot on !!! I have done work with many other places which the prices keep changes and many call backs.... These folks did the right thing and there were no price changes and the work done was awesome and the dates they told me were spot on !!! I sure hope I do not need there services again BUT if I do I would go back in a heart beat !!! Awesome people to work with !!! Thanks to all the folks at Natco......

Jim quoted me $5200.00. I said "Now you're sure about that?" He said "Oh yes. Thats very accurate"…read more I go to pick it up and he says that'll be $5876.22. What a sheister. Had I known he was such a liar I would have gone elsewhere. Jim gives car mechanics a bad name. I wonder how often he pulls his little con job. Next time I'll go elsewhere. There's plenty of mechanics besides Sheister Jim.

Dont waste your time or money here!!! If I could give roman and his shop negative stars I would…read more It took over a month ( 3rd of July until 12th August) to "fix" my truck. Roman never answers the phone, returns calls, or keeps the customer informed of what the status is of their vehicle. I finally picked up my truck, after a month, and he was still "diagnosing" a computer issue (one it didnt have when I brought it in)....they removed a ground wire between the transmission and frame...which magically made it shift right when I replaced it. Well, the 3 month warranty expired in November, here it is December 1st and the thing is destroyed, case shattered on it due to the wrong, overtightened fastners and brackets that hold it all square not being hooked up. To top it all off, when I removed the inspection cover what do I find? Low and behold, the WRONG torque converter, the truck is a diesel, and has a 6 bolt torque converter, the one that was used was a 3 bolt designed for a gas engine. Im sure there is more internally that was not assembled correctly, but Im too disgusted to even look any further right now. The best part is, when it came apart going 70mph, 500 miles from home, it destroyed the transfercase and driveshaft (which came apart and wrapped around the fuel lines, brake lines, parking brake cables, etc...) and cost another $900 for a wrecker ride home. I have tried to get in touch with Roman to see how he is going to handle this situation because I dont feel it is right for me to have to pay another $2500.00 for a transmission...go figure, he wont answer or return calls... Do what you can to avoid this place, OEM transmissioms are similar in price and have an actual warranty...
