Be very careful, if you are getting anything from them then it is at your own risk. I bought 4 Hankook tyre from them and I tyre had bubble and when I took it for inspection, I found that the tyre is imported and Hankook Australia does not cover warranty, these people don't give a damn. when I went to the other tyre company to get new tyre, I found that they damaged my tyre while putting it back, I got report from that company and I tried to resolve the issue but they were so arrogant and cocky, that I had to lodge the complaint against them at VCAT. VCAT made the order against them but now they are not paying the order. I am forced to go to magistrate court now, but you can imagine the hassle I am going through.
