I had experience with this realty company back in late 2023 and then again just recently. I had contacted them for the first time it was absolutely horrifying. Needless to say I ended up contacting another realtor, one that wasn't in this immediate location; even tho I like to do business locally. I just couldn't take the unprofessionalism of the one realtor that ended up calling me back. In late 2023 I contacted let's move and a woman; Palula contacted me back. She was gung-ho about getting my house on the market and sold. Then after our 3rd conversation I realized, this woman was below basic realtor. Wasn't compassionate and caring about anything to do with the basics of her job. She was only out to make a commission and kept saying "when I sell this house I will be getting XYZ" like ok you make a commission but why are you saying what you're going to buy when you make money off of the sale?!? It was apparent Paula didn't give a hoot about the seller nor the buyer. She pocket dialed me and I heard a conversation where this woman( Paula) was swearing ( unprofessional) and complaining about another woman with sounds of (happened mid 2024)large equipment in the background. ( almost 7 months later after first contacting her) I also found she was very shallow. She was a bigger woman and appeared to lost some weight ( only way I know this is because she kept making comments of how she lost all this weight) ( great I'm truly happy for you but has nothing to do with selling my house LOL) recently but her loose skin was obvious and she wore clothes that were WAY TOO SMALL FOR HER FIGURE. She also had the qualities of a 'pick me' girl. Weird, that I was even noticing these things just talking to Paula a few times. Then when she came to my home to take pictures to advertise selling my daughter and son in law were there and witnessed this, if there was a mirror that we were in front of she would talk into the mirror at herself and not look at us. She also kept flipping her hair and applying lip gloss stuff and being weird with my son in law, like to the point where it was uncomfortable. Like fake laughing and touching his arm or brushing up against him( my daughter is a young very intelligent beautiful, funny , and down to earth, confident woman, who thought this was comical to see this old woman act like this) She kept making comments about being on an all meat diet and things like this that we weren't even discussing nor were asked of her. It was like she was very immature for what I'm guessing a woman at least in her late 50s. Just a very strange encounter. She just didn't seem like she should be in, or let alone interested in this realtor business, (which Paula stated she was in the healthcare secretary business field prior which that thought alone is scary ) she shouldn't be in this field nor the healthcare field; rather she should have just went to a community center to meet(flirt with men or boys) people or better yet, go on a speed dating thing. Because I think she is trying to meet a date(husband) not the least bit interested in making the realtor market a good experience for a home buyer or seller. Anyways I also had encounters this year with Kim from this group and she is a wonderful realtor and got the job done! Kind and considerate and very down to earth! I would recommend Kim if you do business with this realty company, but if you come in contact with a Paula from this company; RUN!!! Hopefully that girl got out of the realtor field all together.

At first call they seem professional, well spoken and very encouraging to gain your trust. But once you sign an exclusive then the games will start. AT MINIMUM IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE THEM. PLEASE FOR YOUR SAKE ****DO NOT**** GIVE THESE GUYS AN EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO SELL... At least you will be able to go to a professional realtor when you see how they really operate. These guys give realtors a badname in my opinion. . They're show they put on upfront is all a hoax. At least it was for me anyway. I wasted 1.5 months waiting for doug or travis to do what they said they would do. Or do anything for that matter. I actually believed they were being truthful and continued to believe the constant excuses and lies while I lost money on my property... Save your self the time and head ache. There are many more professional true 4 star realtors that care about they're customer in the general area. I personally would never use them if they were located next door to my house. Or go ahead and give these guys a try. I hope things work out for you........... from my experience with owning and selling my properties, time is money and these guys are sure good at wasting it. So best of luck in whatever you decide. Just please be careful... I really gave these guys a chance, kindly called them once per week. Really believed each excuse they gave. Hes been swamped. The receptionist was out. Then the office manager left. All excuses for 1.5 months and royally regret trusting them.

Absolutely horrible experience with this place. My home is up for foreclosure after going through…read morehard times, as you can imagine the struggle as we have been one and only homeowners with two young girls. I had concerns of random vehicles taking photos of the property while my children are outside playing and the possibility of my kids being in photos. The response from the gentleman was ruthless and heartless saying he had no care for my concern and anyone has the right to take photos even WITH children being outside. He then went on about how pathetic it is that I let my home go to foreclosure because otherwise I wouldn't have to deal with such issues. Rude, ruthless, no care for rights of children and our privacy and his voice was raised this entire conversation. This businesses is ran by sickos and ruthless people who just want to make a dollar off someone else's downfall.
