We have received good care from Drs. Kisch and Ruggiano, as well as as Joyce and Pat D for counseling. They have managed to keep us out of inpatient hospitalization which is quite remarkable. The office manager Judy is a very nice lady, as is Nancy who handles the billing. Three stars only for the following reasons: I don't like the no drink policy. If its just water, why not? My mouth gets dry from the medications that I take. Certain providers are ALWAYS LATE. If this were my job, I would have been fired for sure. Las, there are a couple of staff who didn't not seem to like it there, or are just rude If they are having a bad day, they need to learn how to fake it. If you have the right counselor and doctor, you will do fine, but be forewarned about the other things.

WHEN ( calling for a week) I call after my surgery for an appointment for my son. I was told Barry left and will need to do it through the process again. Then after filling out the forms it took another 3 days of me on the phone to get this appointment. Appointment schedule for 3:30 10/9/24 we got to office an check in at 3:08 pm with the desk. Sat there until 3:50 pm where we had to ask what the hold up was, when as desk she stated " oh it was at teleahealth appointment " no one ever stated that on the phone. The number she gave to reschedule was to the building office. Not reschedule department. So now gotta keep calling for another appointment. This momma is pissed! The level of professionalism and realism is everything I needed. He was easily accessible if I needed him outside my appointment for any questions of simply just to check in. And he listened when I spoke, he didn't just speak and do his job, he really listened and was real with his counseling. Didn't sugar coat, was honest and helpful. I firmly believe we never know we need grief counseling until someone passes, but we never know we always grieve whether it be to people who are alive, dead, not in our life anymore etc. Andrew did so much more in 4 sessions than my therapist of over a year, I let her go from another practice. If you need help please get it I highly recommend Andrew, for sure guided me and helped me on the grieving journey.
