I generally head here before I go to the doctor because the pharmacists are really helpful and often have exactly what I need which means I don't have to pay a hefty doctor's bill. They definitely know their stuff and know what products are best. I was there and an assistant came over within two minutes of me being there and helped me with what I needed. And when you're not feeling too good so good retail therapy often does the trick. Here they have so many amazing perfumes! I could spend hours trying them all out. And also, I buy my makeup from the ladies here too. There's loads of different brands so you can pick and choose from them as you please.

But I was so happy when I arrived at the sunscreen section of the pharmacy - so many options that are reef safe, and not tested on animals!! I ended up going with the Natio SPF 50 sunscreen as it had been recommended by a friend. The 'screen was regularly priced at $15.00. The customer service here is truly exceptional. When I was taking a gander at all the options, an employee came over to me and asked if I had any questions or needed any help. I told her I was just taking a look and she told me where she would be if I needed help. When I checked out, the woman behind the counter could tell by my American accent that I wasn't local, and she took the time to warn me about the sun here and told me to just make sure to reapply sunscreen when I'm in the sun. The pharmacy is small but still has a great assortment of health and beauty products, and lots of options for vegans! They stock quite a bit of the Natio range and have a wide variety of supplements and vitamins. I'll continue buying my sunscreens and other health/beauty needs from here! It's gotten to the point where I really don't want to put any more bad stuff into my body - so health shops have become my haven. And Health 2000 is one of the best. For one thing, the stock looks really fresh and new which means they're onto something good. And the store is nicely laid out. I could find my way around their easily which is often hard in stores where you have no idea what you're looking for. Their staff are really helpful but aren't too intrusive or selly. They just helped me find what I needed and offered the odd bit of information but then left me to make my mind up for myself. Yay for that! They've got everything you need to have a healthy and natural life.

The prices are generally not too outrageous for a pharmacy, and the service is quick, although the staff at the front till are really less than friendly, the ones down the back who deal with scripts are really nice. I've had some excellent bargains here too, including Dr Lewinn's products for absolutely dirt cheap, and the range of makeup is much better that at other Queen Street parmacies.

I can't be alone in this. Bearing that in mind, the service here is kind of disappointing. I mean not outright rude or anything, but definitely not friendly, and even to call it polite is being generous. I know it must be boring working as a cashier at a pharmacy, but suck it up. The people you're serving probably also work boring jobs (this pharmacy is in town, you know), and they've probably also got hayfever or bunions or something - that's why they're here. You don't have to sympathise with every single one of them, but yawning and rolling your eyes is not helping anyone. You're not too good for this job - you know how I know? Because it's your job.

They seem to have an encyclopedic knowledge of the products they offer and if they don't know the answer themselves, one of their colleagues is sure to be able to help. I love using Net Pharmacy on the internet and going to the store. These guys are really, really…read moreeasy to deal with. The online store is packed with everything you would visit a pharmacy for. Over the past few months I've ordered everything from iron melts to blister support for sports, and everything has been delivered swiftly. The range is great, the cart and checkout are really easy to use and the delivery comes quickly - what more could you ask for? In store, the staff are helpful without being pushy - they will give you advice if you ask for it, point you in the right direction if you're lost, but won't stand over you like a school teacher while you make up your mind. I would happily recommend going into the store and shopping online.

I was so pleased to see someone taking customer service one step further! It really has ensured my return and I will always recommend if anyone asks me for any good pharmacies. They also have a really good range of gifts here and their stock is never depleted. The pharmacists also give great advice if you ever have any niggles or worries!
