Nothing was too much trouble and they patiently answered every question that we asked. They kept us informed of all the progress of the ordering and when it was best for us for the installation. On the day of fitting, the two installers were Johnny and Chris and they were absolutely fabulous, nothing was too much trouble for them and they made the whole installation brilliant. We had ordered brick slips for the fire chamber but when they knocked out the chimney breast we found that the original chamber was intact so we decided to go with the original part of the house rather than the brick slips that they would have been putting on, Ian immediately sent me a refund of the cost of the slips which was 350 pounds which to us was excellent service ,it was more work for the fitters as they had extra plastering work to do as they advised us to have it feathered into the brick to make it look like it had always been like that , We felt like Johnny was a perfectionist to get the finish of the edging just right and we loved that he was because it came across that he was passionate about his work. The finished product that we have, is a fire that is outstanding, slate that is just quite beautiful and a beam that is gorgeous and we would give this company a 10/10 for their service and their attitude and we would not fail to recommend the company and the fitters to anyone.
