Peter reached out before my boss landed, clearly explaining all the pickup details and location. He even sent me his picture and pointed out exactly where he would meet her. My boss was very impressed and mentioned how everything went seamlessly and stress-free. The lady in the call center was also outstanding--extremely professional, efficient, and quick to find alternative transportation for my boss. Her expertise and calm demeanor made the whole process so much easier. Overall, the level of customer service was exceptional. I will definitely use their services again in the future. A huge thank you to Peter and the team for going above and beyond!

We wanted to see Emerald Bay and she brought on our own personal tour from Squaw Valley. It was AMAZING! She picked us up right at our hotel, charged us a reasonable price (much cheaper than uber/lyft), and she was personable and extremely knowledgable about the area. We had a wonderful afternoon with Lisa and cannot speak highly enough of her. She even took our picture once we got to the Bay. Next time we are in the area we will be connecting with Tahoe Taxi Express! Thank you Lisa!! :)

I simply cannot recommend this company highly enough, and specifically, our incredible driver, Heather! The exceptional service started before we even landed: Heather texted me to confirm our arrival time and was waiting for us when we arrived at the Reno Airport. Despite our venue being a 1.5-hour drive away, she was pleasant and professional throughout. For our early 7:00 am departure, she was punctual and proactive--she texted again to confirm the pickup time and arrived a full ten minutes early! What truly set her apart was her helpfulness with accessibility. When we needed a wheelchair, Heather efficiently got us the number to call. Thanks to her foresight, we coordinated with the airport before reaching the curb, and the wheelchair and attendant were waiting for us upon arrival. She made everything feel effortless. If you book with this company, do yourself a favor and request Heather! A genuinely happy customer. Antoinette

From the start, the person I spoke with sounded like he did not want my business. I politely explained the wedding area and the pickup and drop-off locations I needed, and instead of being helpful, he acted like my questions were unreasonable.
