He even came to my home one time to fix the mess I made wiring the TV. He goes above and beyond the call of duty.

I agreed, thinking it was a practical solution, and we scheduled a time between 10 and 11 a.m. for her to send me the necessary authorization code. However, when she was late and I informed her that I had patient appointments after 11 a.m. and would no longer be available (outside of the agreed-upon window) she responded with unexpected rudeness and unrealistic expectations.
