We discussed what needed to be done in the house - - deep cleaning in the kitchen and bathrooms…read moreplus an overall cleaning of the rest of the house. The kitchen was barely touched, with spiderwebs left in every corner, cabinets were sticky to the touch, corners of the floor had built up debris left in them. The bathrooms had visible debris on the walls indicating that they were not wiped down. The carpets were vacuumed but that seems to be the extent of the cleaning. Isabel offered to return to "redo the pictured items" but I had other contractors and a tight timeline so I had to correct the issues myself in order to not delay moving in; she refused any kind of refund. For a $500 cleaning I expect much more.

So we had them finish the electrical work on the inside of our home. As you can see by the pictures…read morethey caused damages to my walls. They took down the paneling in one bedroom and put it up completely crooked and made holes in the drywall of the other bedroom. We also had them upgrade our electrical service in our home. They ran a 100 AMP service to our garage and tore up my landscaping and fencing around our deck. This work was finished on 3/9/2023. We asked for the owner to reach out to us because something that we spoke to him about was not finished. The owner never called, so we went on vacation and was going to touch base when we got back. On Monday 03/13/2023 Christine called and demanded payment and told my husband that if payment wasn't fulfilled that day she would turn us over to the sheriff's department. First of all the work was not finished that we discussed and the job was not adequately cleaned up and put back the way you found it. We paid the bill due to being threatened but now they will not return our messages about fixing what they broke. I would not recommend them.

I am very impressed with the service I received from Roof Pro's!…read more Salesman Manny coordinated with my work schedule and came out and did a thorough roof inspection. My original plan was to just get certain areas on the roof replaced because of some leaking issues I had. However, because I also had some hail damage, he also quoted a full roof replacement--advising me that many times this is covered by homeowners insurance. Manny coordinated his schedule to meet me on the day the insurance field adjuster came out. A little later, I came to their showroom to pick out the shingle type/color, gutters, and gutter shields as well as to setup a payment plan. Their prices were very reasonable. The roof, gutters, and gutter shields were all professionally installed. The installers also did a great job covering bushes and other items around the house before the work was done, and cleaning up the yard afterwards! I am very happy with the appearance of the house now and, of course, glad that I don't have any more leaks in the kitchen! I am also very satisfied with the work that was done and especially the service I received from Manny and Leo (owner). They are knowledgeable, experienced, and care enough about their customers to go the "extra mile"! I highly recommend them! They truly are "roof pro's"!!
