As he manipulates and moves the parts of my hand around, he explains why and what he is doing in each step. He is very knowledgeable and in the few months I've been going to him, my hand has gone from a 3 in pain and functioning (out of 10) to a 9. I accepted his recommendations of cupping and needling and was pleased with the result. He sends me away with exercises to continue the improvement on my hand, after first demonstrating them and supervising my practice movements. In my last visit he gave me a few more exercises, which he feels should help me bring my hand and forearm to full recovery. Nooman was personable and professional--I recommend him to anyone needing physiotherapy.

It went a little crazy and somehow got turned up really high. It really freaked me out because it hurt. From then on, my therapist massaged me herself - no more machines - which I really appreciated. I booked several physio therapy sessions as well as massage. For 7 weeks straight, three times a week I was being treated for neck and lower back injuries. The therapist ( Farhana, who will no longer be there starting next week ) treating me worked out a great plan and was great to work with. The massage therapist I first worked with was a bit too rough for my liking so I booked it with another ( Nicole ) . Nicole completely understood what pain I was in and worked out a great massage session. A few weeks ago, I again hurt my back. My doctor recommended physio again instead of medication. No problem in where I am going. LifeMark staff at this location are absolutely great. Highly recommend
