So here it is: I have been going to Dr. Yonks for a few years now, and so is my wife and kids. We are on a hybrid plan of insurance and "co-pay"/high deducible. Dr. Yonks and his staff make this seamless and easy and flexible. He has brought me through multiple injuries, a knee operation, and a MOST excruciating L3/L4 herniated disc issue and this was JUST in 2019!! He is more a physical life coach/trainer. I am a swimmer, cyclist, and racer/cruiser sailor and very frequent traveler on crappy planes, through airports and sitting and walking sometimes over 100,000 steps a week!!! Dr. Yonks and his office keeps my now 60 year old chassis swimming a few miles a week, cycling 20 to 50 miles a week, weight training and sailing for hours a week in season...........and with not only no pain, but great recovery and rehabilitation from self induced (smile) injuries or just plain old age.

Every time I've been to him, he takes his time to assess and address the problem. Everything from a light stretch to good, firm adjustments. I've been to several chiropractors in my life and found that I prefer the more "heavy-handed" adjustments. In other words, he's got the ability to move your body for the proper adjustments when other chiropractors may be limited in their scope of adjustments. I've consistently left his office feeling better every time without question. I moved out of NY a little over 9 years ago and recently came back for Thanksgiving with my family that still lives in NY. With a recent work injury, the 10+ hr drive to NY had my back feeling the worst I've felt in a few years. Out of the four days I was in Ny, I went to him three. My drive back home felt 10x better than the way up. Setting aside the actual adjustments, he gave me sound advice to minimize the effects of my injury.
