She was able to set up appointments for both myself & my husband, needed because our prior physician had suddenly passed, and we were not notified. My first Zoom meeting went very well, I felt comfortable speaking with him via video, and everything went well. My quality of care was much better than anticipated, I was very happy

They refuse to see patients in person. My daughter's therapist missed multiple online appointment…read moreand calls and they had the audacity to charge us for the missed appointment even though their online system showed we were logged in at the appointment time. Voicemails are rarely if ever returned. One of the providers left the clinic and we were told until 2 weeks later as we had an appointment approaching. For the last 6 months medication refills to our pharmacy have been last (ran out of meds) or for the wrong amounts or just not sent in. At some point our pharmacy will not want to deal with them. Its that bad. Yes we are searching for a new provider but in the day that can take 3 to 6 months for a new patient. Awful experiences.
