Robin made my visit very pleasant! This establishment does quite a bit of drop off laundry service, three staff members were busy folding and ironing laundry for customers. For individuals who opt for self-serve washing and drying, they have a variety of different sized washing machines, and an entire wall of new dryers. All the machines are wiped down after each load and appear super clean. The cost is reasonable for the self-serve washing/drying. I did not inquire about the drop-off service so I am unable to provide insight on that service. They offer two coin machines, as well as vending machines and an ATM. The staff informed me that they are completely remodeling the business, they are adding six new big washing machines (60 lb and 80 lb load capacity), they are putting in new flooring, painting, closing off the back right section (which is where they will be performing the drop-off service tasks of folding, ironing, and bagging laundry. They are also going to add a patio table outside of the entrance and changing the name to "The Laundry Room". The remodel should be completed by the end of June 2025. When I need external laundry services I will definitely return to this business.

You can also use the tanning booth there . Although I wonder if anyone uses it. Interesting concept to say the least. The women that work there are always friendly and helpful. It's a short distance from where we live and in terms of a laundry mat it's my favorite hands down. If you forget your detergent or fabric softener or even bleach you can buy it from the vending machine.

There are multiple payment options: cash, credit, debit, Apple/Google pay, loyalty card, and app. There is a single unisex bathroom, vending machines, seating, a play space for children, free wifi, and ample folding tables. We were in and out in a about an hour. We were greeted by Isabella, the attendant, upon entering the facility. She gave us a run down of the various washing machines/settings and offered to assist us. Washing machines use ozone water helping to disinfect laundry and spin at such a high rate, many clothing items were almost dry at the end of the cycle. High heat on the dryers and bidirectional spin (spins right, pauses, spins left, pauses, spins right, etc.) had a load of towels dry in 18 minutes. Leonard, the owner, was on site during our visit. He too checked in with us to see if we needed anything and were enjoying (as much as anyone can doing laundry) our experience. The value in time saved and quality of experience is well worth it at Lola's.

It normally takes us at most an hour to an hour 15 . It took us three hours, because said employee working that night had used all of the big washers and dryers to use for ahead of time orders and or laundry purposes. And had let them sit there after they were done in the washer and dryer for hours .while customers with big loads laundry had to wait or use a bunch of small washer and dryers. Usually employees use smaller washers and dryers close to the entrance ,for ahead of time orders or laundry purposes. Leaving room for customers to use the bigger washers and dryers. Alongside that was hiding out in the manager closet for quite some time. Did not lock the back door at 8:30pm as per usual. Didn't inform anybody when locking before locking the door while there was multiple people that parked out back. Making it difficult for people parked out back to load finish laundry. If door had been locked at 8:30, it wouldn't have been an issue.

You get prepaid cards and use them on the machines which makes it easy so you don't want to hassle with a bunch of coins. They also have an attendant there that will help you if you need any assistance.
