The staff are all understanding and helpful, going out of their way to explain to my son exactly what was happening every step of the procedure he had. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, I've never had any troubles in getting an appointment at a convenient time, given they're open from 0800 each morning as well as on Saturdays. I eventually booked an appointment with Richard as the pain became unbearable. The team at Guidepost have transformed how I feel about going to the Dentist this has taken alot of paitience and understanding from Richard and Holly. Due to the poor state of my teeth I required some "scary" dental procedures but I had nothing to worry about. I have felt no pain and the pre and post aftercare was amazing. I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. In December I get married and I never thought I would be able to smile confidentally on my day. However, due to Richard and his amazing dentistry this is going to be a dream come true.
