I…read morecannot speak too highly of the kind,loving and knowledgeable care given to her by all the staff, who took the time to look after her and engage in many meaningful conversations, reassured her when she was distressed due to Alzheimer's, and shared her thoughts when she was on form. Menagers only interested in criticising and finding fault in support workers, no support for staff. They will make a lot of effort to destroy you if you challange them. Avoid them if you value your health and wellbeing. I will never be a support worker again due the trauma they have caused.
