So inconvenient! Took time off work, and now delayed getting my certificate. Lacking professionalism.

I quite literally had to take apart the manikin, remove its parts, and piece it back together while on the phone with customer support twice. I hope leaving this review saves someone else from the experience I had, truly horrible.

She answered my questions and taught me things I hadn't learned in other safety courses I have taken thru other companies. The facility was very accommodating but the directions to the place are intimidating. While driving down one lane roads in the fog it is likely you will feel like you've been given the wrong info.
