Information and content was primarily the same with minor tweaks and updates. So whats the difference? The delivery, the host, THE TRAINER! Leo was great, the combination of his demeanor and delivery was pleasant and kept my attention. Leo also used scenarios and class participation to keep us all engaged. With that being said it is Leo's real world and first hand experience was what made it memorable, the info sinks and sticks that much more. Leo, thank you for sharing your knowledge and experiences, it makes me a confident deliverer of life saving techniques if i am ever needed to. See you in 3 years!

The course was a hybrid meaning that I had to do an online portion, then forward my completion notice to Ted who then scheduled the in person hands on portion. Ted was thorough, even checking to hear how the online portion went (that was done on an AHA site which he does not control) and he quickly assessed my needs to tailor areas of focus needed. Very professional with a delightfully humanizing touch. Ted is an EMT and does this training all over the area. I was very pleased, got my card by email within about 48 hours. This friendly, professional guy runs a great business. I told all my friends at work. Highly recommended. The whole process cost me about $75, a bargain considering how truly efficient it is. Thank you, Ted.

There is no human being on site to help with the malfunctions, and everything that could've possibly gone wrong did- from not being able to get in the building with the lock box key, none of the manikins registering breaths after 45+ minutes of trying, the bag masks having holes in them, and customer support wanting to send me 30 minutes away to a different site after an hour of no solutions. I quite literally had to take apart the manikin, remove its parts, and piece it back together while on the phone with customer support twice. Aaron, the instructor, is next level. He's incredibly knowledgeable, but more importantly, he actually knows how to teach. He breaks things down in a way that makes sense, connects the dots, and helps you understand the "why" behind what you're doing--not just memorize it. I found myself thinking multiple times, "Where was this guy when I was in nursing school?" He really knows his stuff--and teaches it in a way that sticks. The blended learning format (online + in-person skills) was a lifesaver with a busy schedule. It made the course doable without feeling overwhelming, while still being thorough and hands-on where it matters. Also--communication was on point. Any questions I had were answered quickly, which made the whole process feel smooth and supported. If you're looking for a no-BS, high-quality ACLS/BLS course with an instructor who actually cares that you get it... this is it. Highly, highly recommend.

She answered my questions and taught me things I hadn't learned in other safety courses I have taken thru other companies.
