It was clean, intimate -- a perfect show all around for a musician we've experienced in a variety of venues (large and small) It's a nice little gem to have here in North Bay. First, rarely are phones ever answered. Second, if you leave a message, don't plan on it being returned. Third, if you actually reach someone, don't plan on the person you need to be in the office as they have many people still working at home year round. In such cases, a message will be passed along - apparently returning said message is viewed as optional. Good luck! By the way, should you actually find an email address, dont plan on your email being answered. Ridiculous communication system.

Nipissing University provides an unbelieveable educational environment in a safe, compact, and…read morescenic city. Student to professor ratios are very low. Quality of education is high. There is much less to do with respect to night life than when I went there, but the fitness facility is impressive and there is a new student centre opening soon.

Idk, man. The…read moremovies are fine but everything else is kinda not good. The food is absolutely mid outside of the popcorn which is fine. I guess. But it's such a dated theater. Terrible seats, not very good screens. I don't necessarily expect IMAX, but damn. My biggest complaint is the movie selection. They don't play many indie or smaller films, mostly just the big blockbusters, and that's disappointing when places like Sudbury get pretty much everything. Especially compared to North Bay. Honestly shocked they're playing Terrifier 3. A bit later than other theaters, but better than nothing.

Located in an old plaza next to the Tiger Direct and No Frills, this Cineplex is starting to show…read moresome wear and tear. As the biggest cinema in town, with 7 rooms, it still has not expanded enough to handle the crowds very well for a Saturday night. I arrived and out of the three automatic ticket machines, only 2 were working. A third of the arcade machines had "out of order" signs stuck on them. It took about 15 minutes to order at the food stand. On a late Friday viewing, it was okay, but the foyer is definitely uncomfortable for anyone with an inkling of claustrophia.
