Disappointing Experience with NorTex Tax & Accounting Services We recently engaged NorTex Tax & Accounting Services for our financial needs, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Despite their promises of expertise and efficiency, their services were severely lacking in several aspects. Firstly, their communication was abysmal. It seemed like we were constantly chasing them for updates on my financial situation, only to receive vague responses or no response at all. This lack of communication not only caused frustration but also led to delays in resolving important financial matters. Furthermore, we were deeply disappointed by the quality of their work. Numerous errors in the reports they provided revealed their lack of attention to detail. These errors wasted my time and eroded my trust in their ability to handle my finances competently. Moreover, their pricing was exorbitant considering the subpar service they provided. We expected to receive value for the hefty fees that were paid, but instead, it felt like we were being taken advantage of. Overall, my experience with NorTex Tax & Accounting Services was highly unsatisfactory, and we strongly advise against engaging their services.
