So why the 1-star rating: My issue with R Core is that we specifically asked them to pull a permit for the job they were doing. They charged us for said permit and told us they did. An inspector never came out to confirm the work. I reached out to R Core several times asking when an inspector would come out and I got no response. Finally I went online and searched our address to see if a permit was pulled and there is NO record of a permit being pulled for this job. I reached out again to RCore several times requesting a refund for the permit charge and they never responded. I find this very shady and I'm very upset that they charged me to pull a permit and didn't actually pull it. And that they have not responded to any of my emails. I also tried calling Roman directly and he never returned my calls either. I will never do business with them again.

He came out and assessed EVERYTHING--Our house roof, garage roof, soffit and fascia, gutters, downspouts - you name it! He even went into our attic to check it out! Mike was here a few hours talking to us about options. Talk about turnaround, we had quote for everything that night! He was honest with us telling us we didn't need to do certain items. Any other company would have sold us on anything and everything - Mike is not that type of guy, he is honest and direct with what is needed. After dealing with a nightmare of a storm-chaser it was a breath of fresh air to have Mike on site. We decided to move forward with DynaFlow. After choosing the roof color and notifying Mike of our decision, he was out within days for the installation. The guys were at our house promptly at 730am. Mike was onsite the day of to make sure everything was smoothly. He sent me pictures during the day to keep me updated! They were completed in one day. They even cleaned our gutters while they were working! Mike came out a day later to check on things, and he even caulked our leaky gutter! Mike McKenna and his team go above and beyond what is asked. His communication was awesome, always answered the phone or text. Answered any question that came his way! We will definitely be calling Mike in the Spring to complete the soffit, fascia, and gutter work! When someone I know is looking to get work done, Mike/DynaFlow will be the only company I refer!

Chris stood out for his attentiveness and follow-up to ensure he adequately quoted and understood my project needs. Working with Chris was fantastic. Scheduling his time was simple, and he treated my home with care. I felt fully informed throughout the layout, wiring, and installation process. When one of the fixtures I provided for the project turned out to be defective, Chris took the time to troubleshoot the issue properly and returned for a second visit to finish the project once I received my replacement fixtures. He even ran a new line when we discovered the original builder installed one of my switches without any existing electrical wiring! It's great to encounter individuals who demonstrate professional integrity and are passionate about their work. Chris and Grant Electrical exceeded my expectations.
