There is usually some coupon or deal going on each week. You can't beat the prices are so SO affordable for a farmers market. I'm always sad when it's over for the season. They have kids activities the first Saturday of the month and give away something free to the kids. There is usually live music and at least 10 vendors selling everything from meat and eggs, to bread, jams, honey and popcorn to fresh veggies. Highly recommend checking this out if you're in the area on a Saturday morning!

I didn't eat the wrap but it looked good. Like thanksgiving leftovers, minus the stuffi the soup was so salty, I couldn't even finish it. And it had chunks of fat or something in it. I thought it was a vegan/vegetable soup? I don't know what this congealed substance was, but I tossed it in the trash.

There's no admission for the orchard but all activities required payment except for the petting zoo. You don't get to pick your own apples and they have ready pick bags for purchased but very limited in quantities. There's parking in the designated lots and on street for free. Most activities cost $3.00/person for pumpkin painting and wagon rides. They had face painting but I wasn't sure what the cost was. The apple trees look pretty bare and the pumpkin patch seemed small from above but it could have wrapped around to the back, I'm not sure. There's a little Koi fish pond with a handful Koi fishes. Overall, it was a small orchard and pretty muddy from the rain the day before but a nice option for surrounding towns to come in the St. Cloud area.

Wow. We recently bought an RV in the Clearwater Forest Resort in South Haven, Mn…read more To get there from the south, we have to go through Annandale, Mn, and drive right by Petty Bothers Meats on Hwy 55. I have stopped there a total of two times for their steaks, pork steaks, and beef sticks. Simply excellent. The New York Strip Steaks and Ribeyes are an excellent cut, and cheaper than Target! They have an amazing pork steak as well, big in size, but less than $5.00!! I went to close down the RV earlier today and picked up a drunken marinaded ribeye (frozen), a New York Strip, and a large pork steak on the way home. A simple seasoning of raw sugar, steak seasoning, and lemon pepper and a good sear on the charcoal grill made the trip totally worth it. Sorry no pictures. We ate it all and I forgot to take the pics! If you're in the area, stop on in and browse. They also have weekly specials as well. Well worth the drive from the Twin Cities (about an hour).
