For the most part, Dr. Turner runs on time. There have been a few occasions where I've had to wait over an hour for my appointment. But again, this is not something that happens all the time. The nurses in the office are also all wonderful. They too have very good bedside manners. The doctor and her team of nurses all treat you like you are a human being and not just another number walking through the door. That's very nice to find in today's medical field. I also fully feel as if I can trust Dr. Turner, which is also nice to find in today's medical field!

They overcharged…read moremy debit card, took money out of my bank account immediately, then voided payment only to demand a $97.00 check in place of the voided payment when they just made my funds unavailable by mistake. They wanted me to write a bad check before they would return my debit card to me. The check would have bounced, since they had already made the funds unavailable. I had to call the police to make them give me my card back. All three receptionists were extremely rude and tried to blame me for their mistake! They charged me $22.00 extra for putting an oxygen/pulse monitor on my finger since they couldn't get the $147.00 they originally wanted. All of this was supposed to cost only $75.00, I only needed one prescription refill. I was not sick, no tests were ran. They admitted they made the mistake by overcharging, but told me I had no right to argue about the charges, and to leave their clinic.
