She showed the provider a swollen lymph node in the back of her neck and was told by him it was from wearing her hair in a pony tail. Fast forward to her being progressively worse this week, we sent her to another urgent clinic. They took the time to do a thorough exam with testing for flu, strep, Covid and mono. We were able to find out what she has because of the actual testing not guessing. We will not be using Mercy Go Health urgent care ever again.

Office for scheduling are inpatient and rude , they hung up on me several times, another scheduler got a loud tone in voice and was super rude to me , the doctor wasn't bad . But, he did decide to tell scheduler supervisor to drop me . So, now all my medications that neede dPA on them including insulin I haven't had for 2 weeks . Is now not getting PAs and I'm having to look for a new doctor so I can get my medications . He also wrote scripts for name brand and the insurance doesn't cover it . My first visit lasted about 2.5 hours, and that was with the provider. If you can't get in with the MD, don't worry. The PA's and CRNP's are awesome. It was the most comprehensive appointment I have ever had. They are all so kind and caring. I see Stephanie Garrison and Leslie. The only struggle is that sometimes it can be hard to get appointments because they are very popular. They just opened a location in Edmond. It's worth it for suck skilled and comprehensive care.
