Then Michael Thomas popped up on Yelp and I remembered they did my wedding flowers over 20 years ago. Not only are they still in business, they delivered an arrangement that was definitely much more spectacular than the picture on the website! Plus, it was delivered within 2 hours of me ordering on-line! I can't tell you how much I appreciate the consistently wonderful quality and craft that you get from this establishment. I had placed two orders with this flower shop; one to be picked up on 8/2, and the other on 8/11. I said I'd pick up the first order at noon, but I was running late and got there a little after 1. I didn't think this would be a problem because the posted closing time on Saturday is 2PM. However, when I arrived at this shop there was a note with summer hours saying they close at 1. This business had my phone number but made no effort to contact me. When I had placed my second order, I knew that they close at 2pm on Monday, I asked if it would be possible to pick it up at 3:30, when I get off of work. I was told someone would be there. Sure enough, I arrived at 3:30 and the store was closed. If a business is going to change their operating hours in the summer, it might be a good idea to change it on their website and social media pages. If you want to order flowers, find a store that keeps their word.

All the trimmings are there so you can customize your doll exactly as imagined. A small viewing/sitting room is one of the first stops ~ complete with a short, interesting video of Byers' Choice history before moving on down the walkway to peer through the windows of some lovely decorated rooms from days gone by. A large display of nativity scenes from all over the world is both stunning and heartwarming as is the Byers' Choice carolers in holiday exhibits with wooden plaques describing different traditions. Other tremendous scenes of those sweet carolers are on display with the most intricate, amazing attention to detail. The gift shop is big, stocked with a fantastic selection of carolers, ornaments, holiday decor and gifts ~ and the staff here are exceptionally friendly. It's a magical little spot filled with Christmas spirit.

These beautifully handcrafted Carolers are made with love and it is evident that they are high quality. The showroom is impressive and there is an entire museum of the unique designs, and a street of Victorian Dickens shops to visit and enjoy. This store is beautifully set up and there are several vendors in the space and it just seems to keep going on forever and ever! The pricing I felt was very fair on most items- I got a cool 3D printed hand sculpture, a metal homemade sign that was stunningly reasonable and I bought a sassy sign as a gift, plus a cute Christmas tree in a bottle.
