I was given an appointment right away with no complications! Upon entering, the front desk girl was kind and helped me do the PCP transfer with my insurance. As I waited, they brought out little snacks for the waiting room patients which was such a nice gesture! I was then taken care of by Crystal and I cannot say enough amazing things about her! Not only was she the most genuine person I've ever met at a medical office, she made me feel as if we've been friends forever and I was completely comfortable with her! My nerves about being there went away. She was incredible. I've always had an issue drawing blood and people insisting on going through my arm with a regular needle even after I specifically request a butterfly needle in the hand; not Crystal. She took my advice saying that I knew my body best and letting me know that her goal was to make feel comfortable and not hurt me. For the first time ever, she got my vein right away, no pain, no bruising the next day. I cannot thank her enough! I am beyond happy to have found a medical group that I feel happy and at peace to go to. I no longer feel nervous to go to the doctor! I highly recommend the care that FMG provides!

A few months ago, I decided to try DAVINA MEDICAL CARE because it was conveniently close to my home. That time, I was told that they were unusually busy and so I waited and waited for a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes before seeing the doctor. Today, I had to go to the doctor because I have an upper respiratory infection and since I do not know any other doctors in the area, decided to give them the benefit of doubt and try this care center again. I had to wait over 2 hours in an over filled wait room (people were standing because there were no more seats available), and then once taken into the examining room, wait an additional hour and a half! There is no excuse for the disorganization of this medical office! This is selfish and uncaring behavior on their part and clearly demonstrates the lack of importance given to their patient's time and well being. I for one, will not be going back.

I have never even tried to write one of these this long but here goes. I was a patient of Dr Iliana Hernandez. She's a doctor that stacks her office as full as possible tells everyone to be there at 8:30 in the morning even if she doesn't arrive until 10 in the morning just to have people waiting around. She won't take appointments it's first come first serve so the little waiting room outside is packed full. You're subjugated to wait for hours there's no water cooler no bathroom and the staff is so rude that even with people that can't walk around because they just got out of surgery they don't make any attempt to walk to them. The results take months and you have to go through the entire process that you went through just to see the doctor to get your results. When approached about their snub attitude and their lack of customer service their response was you can go somewhere else or we can call the police. I don't recommend this place not even to my worst enemy stay away and warn others.

Visited this location to accompany my mother for her visit. To preface my comment, I was visiting…read morefrom out of state (CA). The doctor kept us waiting for 45 minutes and then entered the room to request the reason for my mom's visit (one would think he knew this answer already). He was told it was to review my mother's medications to determine what she should no longer need to take. He then threw out a few bottles. I was there to ask questions as to my mother's state of health since I was visiting. He asked where I was from, I said I was visiting from LA. Big mistake- started talking politics which is beyond unprofessional and truly uncalled for. He spent maybe 10 minutes with my mother, did not provide any physical exam, handed her husband a script written with a request for in-home care and then we were told the appointment was over and that she was scheduled to return in a month. Who writes a referral on a prescription pad? This confused her husband. To top it off, the referral was never handled. We were called to set up the referral on 11/13. My mother's appointment with the doctor was 10/24. My mother ended up in the hospital on 10/26 due to an infection she got from a wound on her leg. Had she been examined, we might have caught it sooner. I don't recommend this doctor. I live in a big city, his attitude matches it. No empathy. I am adding one star, because he was a referral from her pastor who is a kind man.
