At 4pm, I called them back, and asked if they were going to make it, explaining that I couldn't find the shutoff. She said they were short handed, but she would see if one of them would come. sure enough, about 15 minutes later, a very nice guy arrived and fixed the leak, as well as located the shutoff, which was hiding behind the furnace. More common materials for construction projects are readily available, and they will haul to your site as needed. The quality is what you can find anywhere.
