I ordered the hamachi kama and was told it would take about 20 minutes to bake, which I was completely fine with. However, after waiting... and waiting... and watching my entire family finish their meals, we were then told my order had been messed up because the restaurant got backed up and busy and would take another 10-15 minutes. At that point, nearly everyone was done eating, so I asked for my meal to be boxed to-go. We spoke with a manager, Chris, who apologized and told us the meal would be comped--which felt like an appropriate resolution given the situation. But after sitting there for almost TWO HOURS total, my husband and son went to follow up, only to be told that my order had been completely canceled. The reasoning? That they "weren't going to comp something and let you walk out with free food." That response was honestly shocking. I never asked for anything extra--just the meal I ordered, even if it had to be to-go at that point. Instead, I left without eating at all. The lack of communication, the excessive wait, and the way the situation was handled at the end completely ruined what was supposed to be a celebratory night. Really disappointing experience. We didn't even want to order the desserts we planned on ordering because at that point, they didn't deserve another dollar. The environment would've been enjoyable if we weren't focused on food missing and the lack of customer service.

Orange chicken bowl, again not great, white rice was dry and orange chicken seemed tough from reheating or from frozen. Egg rolls were OK, although seemed like common frozen ones as well. Spring rolls were also fried, but had a better flavor. I have a seafood allergy, but waiter didn't know ingredients in some of the foods. so, couldn't eat them. Will not return. Ok, update next day. I was up all night feeling yucky, one of my companion diners was up all night vomiting. DON'T EAT THERE!

I either like carrots raw or fully cooked, not those in between carrots. I typically order my asian food with no carrots for that reason, but I'm glad I just I got them and ate them here. GET THE CARROTS!!!! We were working on laptops and eating, so I didn't get any good pics, but rest assured, it was a great meal at a fair price. That's all anyone could ask for.
