They have a front lobby area where they greet you a secure door to buzz you in from the street makes you feel safe and they bring you back to a lounge area before you are seen. It was really cool to see that. They do have a like a monthly plan that you can choose from having a facial to having your eyebrows tinted and laminated to also having a lash lift. I'm pretty interested in that haven't gone through with it yet because been having some health issues but I'm hoping that in a few months I can start being a regular here.

Update: I've been coming here since 2015, and although I've gone to a couple other wax businesses,…read morethis one is my home favorite (with one other waxer I see at a different business). The feeling here is such high class and really feels like a nice & serene spa. I love shopping in the front/reception area (their cards are hilarious!) and waiting in the waiting room is so luxurious. The chairs are so cozy and the beautiful decor is always fun! I've seen a couple waxers who no longer work here (due to moving or raising a baby- hope you two girls are doing great, if you ever see this!), and I now see Starla. She's so efficient & does a beautiful Brazilian to the forestry that I grow. She has such great conversation and I thoroughly enjoy seeing her every so often! I also get my upper legs waxed every so often, and she does a great job on those, too! A total comfort to be on her waxing table (I mean, the wax sometimes hurts, since I'm not consistent, but I never shave, so you know that helps). If you're looking for a place to feel comfortable & handle the fuzz/forest, look no further than this fine woman-owned & operated small/local business.

Skin a Medical Spa, is the place to go for your skin care needs and routine! Skin has a vibe that…read moreis warm and welcoming. They'll take care of your parking which make it hassle free once you get here. I always get the same great consistent results! The great thing about Skin is that they also contribute to "The March of Dimes" charity, which I think is a very noble cause. Skin also offers the Obagi product line and their lip balm is the best I've had (yes, I love Burts bees but I grab the chapstick from Skin off my dresser any day), they don't push the products but do make recommendations. They're patient, understanding and very professional. They also have Military discount which is cool. You can feel that this business is also family oriented. Knowing that my skin is in good hands, I leave this place feeling more confident. I used to come here years ago but my job takes me all over the place, the Navy has a saying, haze gray and under way. What I miss about Skin though, is Brittney and my last Aesthetician Julie (Thank you for having such high energy), sad that they've moved on but happy that I got to meet Jasmine and Crystal. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back after my tour in Japan if I get stationed out here again (Red Heart Shape). Writing this makes me realize what intimacy really is about, Intimacy isn't always about being erotic or sexual in nature but more like a close and caring nurture and that's what I got from Skin in a major way. The care I get here is the feeling of being nurtured and I think everyone needs a little bit of that now a days.

Once inside, the office is clean and beautiful! It's also child-free, which is really nice! The ladies at the front desk are always really attentive and have a friendly demeanor. Now for the treatment! Sarah was really lovely and super knowledgeable! She really went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. She kept checking in with me during the procedure to ensure I was doing okay! CO2 is fairly aggressive, but with the care instructions I received and plan leaving the office, I was so ready for recovery! I'm SO excited for my results! I wish I had found this office during the fall/winter so I could've lasered my entire face! Excited to do treat more areas in the cooler months

My experience with this place has been the worse. They have the worst customer service ever. I…read morewould not recommend going back here for anything. I bought a package for laser chin removal. Appointments always have to be rescheduled due to only one person working. They never answer the phones. The call back time is unacceptable. I am completely disappointed in the services I received. I thought the point of the patient setting appointments they could keep was just for that reason. You scheduled and then you get a call back changing dates and times that don't work well for you or you have to speak to them right then and there because of the lack of personnel available to return calls promptly when you can accurately make appointment. They have a email and phone system that worked at one point and had you verify your appointment and it stopped. Now they want to charge you for not confirming your appointment via email as it states. They do not follow up with you or make you feel welcomed to come back to receive other services. Very non-nonchalant attitude and always an excuse for them that is supposed to be alright with you the customer. If they answered their phones in time it wouldn't make it difficult to switch appointments around. And they are not very clear from the start about their policies. Money down the drain for me.
