The healthy meals they provide every day are such a relief as a parent--I never have to worry about what my child is eating while at school. The activities they plan are always thoughtful, engaging, and fun. My son has loved the special events like the petting zoo, reptiles visit, and the parent/grandparent days that made the whole family feel welcome and involved. It's clear that the school goes above and beyond to create not just a learning environment, but a joyful and nurturing community. We are so grateful to have found this school and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a safe, caring, and enriching place for their little one!

They always come home happy and are excited to go the next day. The staff is not only very attentive, but care about each child. Not only do they offer academic support, getting them ready for elementary school. But they are learning social skills, while having fun. They offer many fun activities for the kids as well. I am very happy with TCPA. My son is going to start next year, and I already am very excited.

My daughter started school and was so happy to go, until 3-4 weeks in when she started to cry and have anxiety. Obviously, something had happened to set these emotions off. When she started to form her thoughts and feelings, it was clear we had to take her out immediately due to a few incidents that were inappropriately handled. This school is not a play based preschool. It's a free-play daycare with no structure and minimal oversight. One of the reasons we sent my daughter here is due to it being an Armenian school (this school was our second choice - she was wait-listed at our preferred school). Aside from picking up bad behavior from other students, she never really learned much. I was correcting their Armenian poetry hanging in the classrooms (see pic). In fact, they read them English books every week and the teachers don't really speak English so none of it really makes sense. There are too many very obvious issues at the school that I cannot go into detail about, but do your homework, check the hidden reviews that are a VERY ACCURATE depiction (similar to our experience), check with the state licensing department for licensed quality child care centers in your area and don't be fooled by the enrollment rate. The school accepts more students than it can handle and is understaffed. Weeks after we withdrew my daughter, several other kids/parents in the school reported similar experiences. Some withdrew, others are stuck with no alternative mid-year. The people running the school are incompetent and completely in the dark about early childhood education and behavior. They also have no understanding of appropriate discipline. What is most disappointing is that they are in denial for all their short-comings and sweep everything under the rug, including health and safety concerns. We sat through a meeting to discuss these concerns with the director only to have her bash on other daycares and Armenian schools for half an hour and go around in circles coming up with excuses as to why my daughter was mistreated. Find a school that actually cares about the whole child and doesn't just treat them like a number that comes before dollar signs. There's no shortage of quality schools in the area with stellar reputations, educated staff and operational standards. My daughter has been so happy at her new school and has made so much progress, both emotionally, behaviorally and developmentally which only reflects poorly on this school and validated my decision to withdraw her. Like many parents, I heard good things about the school until we withdrew my daughter and all the terrible stories came rolling in from parents who had similar experiences. Finally, if you are looking at schools, don't take this decision lightly. Early childhood education is a fundamental building block for scholastic and social success. This is the time when kids learn to love school. Good luck.

The small classes allowed my son to learn in a classroom with a low student to teacher ratio and in an environment that allowed him to learn at a flexible pace. By 4yrs old, my son was reading, writing, adding single digits, sorting, identifying shapes, and creating art pieces. My daughter currently attends the school and since my son left the school, LCMS added a cooking class, Spanish class, yoga, hands-on science class, gardening, and soccer for the kids. In short, they added more programs to provide a well-rounded learning experience. The teachers are nurturing, encouraging, and kind. I believe they set my children up for success academically and have their overall development as a top priority. No two experiences will be alike as there is no such thing as a perfect school. They're also getting a flood of new five star reviews to bury mine, which just speaks to their transparency and honesty (or lack thereof). Before deciding to enroll here, please visit the CDSS website and search for their facility no. 198021594. My son was pinched and bruised and there was a CDSS investigation on the matter (SUBSTANTIATED, see CDSS website). In addition, they're doing a nice facelift of the outside of the facility while their roofs are leaking and they had buckets in my child's classroom to catch the water. Maybe a mold inspection is in their future. CDSS also substantiated that claim. My son came home with all manner of bug bites from this school. They advertise cameras in the facility to make you feel safe, but in reality the Director "doesn't know how to use the cameras" and later flat out refused to provide footage unless legally required. Then the owner promised to provide footage and still hasn't. Please do your research before enrolling your child, there is no shortage of preschools in the area. THIS IS MY SECOND TIME WRITING THIS REVIEW SINCE THE FIRST WAS REMOVED.

It was wonderful to see the children come together like one big family--greeting each other warmly and saying goodbye as a group. We truly enjoyed all the creative art projects Ms. Emma introduced to the classroom, along with her gentle approach. There was never any pressure or hostility if a child chose not to participate in an activity, just gentle support. My son was introduced to STEM activities and did creative projects like transforming the classroom into an entire farm or a market. It was so hard to move to Pre-K, however, Ms. Veronica helped him blossom academically and socially. She is truly incredible!! We have seen our son transform and grow. He now communicates and plays well with peers. He has shown tremendous progress in academics under Ms. Veronica's guidance. She provided us with daily updates good and bad. We celebrated milestones and achievements and worked on issues together. As a parent, you're kept informed of all activities. Every month a calendar is shared marking the daily activities. In Ms. Veronica's class, each week was focused on the letter of the week and all the activities were based on the letter. This was incredibly helpful as we would continue it at home. What immediately impressed us is RN's incredible Director, Ms. Rosalie. She always has the warmest smile and knows about every single child and what occurred during the day. I'm not sure how she does it, but she stays involved and extremely supportive of all families. Her attention and compassion is what makes RN so special. On top of that, she makes the most amazing banana and zucchini bread!! It is true that they say it takes a village and RN has become our village! All the teachers at RN are incredible. They are friendly and always there to help. The kids engage in so many different activities ranging from baking to sports. In terms of details, they have a great balance of outside and inside activities. Parents can choose to pack a lunch or order from their easy menu. Parents pack a snack and I found this most helpful because I could monitor what my child ate. We are so grateful to Robbin's Nest and would recommend it 10/10 for the care, growth, and confidence it brings to children and families alike. I highly recommend to all our friends and family for the incredible experience we have had. It is really hard to move into the next chapter as we start elementary, but with the help of Ms. Veronica and Ms. Rosalie, we are ready to move forward.
