The biggest issue with this store is it's in the middle of a construction zone. The only way to get to it right now is turning off Potranco and making a turn after the island. It's a dusty, bumpy mess. Hopefully soon the project will be completed. In the meantime, the store is clean and well-stocked.

Every time I pay for a car wash there's some malfunction mid car wash. This is the second time in 6…read moremonths that I've entered the bay, got a pre-rinse, and then nothing else happened. The scrubbers never scrubbed, the washers never washed, the sprayers never sprayed, but by god the air blower blowed like the dickens!! The gas station itself is great though. Except the whole "buy a car wash, get cheap gas" promotion. Don't waste your time on the car wash.

Gas will set you back a little more than places closer to Loop 1604 but the difference certainly isn't worth the drive.

I notified the cashier but he was full of excuses and blamed everything on the night shift. This is totally not the norm and a huge disappointment... considering coffee is a 500% profit business you'd think QT would have a designated attendant to keep this operable. I asked the staff and they said, it was all thrown away because they were below temperature and they did not have any replacements. This completely ruined my commute time and was a wasted 15 minute pitstop. Staff seemed to not have a clue what to do, very disappointed.... It's like pulling over for gas and they only have diesel..... uuuugggh! Had to goto different location.... +30 minutes added to my morning commute. Ya gotta do better QuikTrip (QT)!

Situated off the corner of 211 and Potranco, this QT offers about what you find at all the other QT's across San Antonio! QT kitchens offers tacos, sandwiches, pretzels and pizzas made to order. Other amenities include hot dogs, egg rolls, chicken rollers, generous fountain sodas, tea, frozen drinks and coffee options. I personally got the coffee, breakfast tacos and apple critters and all for under $6 was a good value! Also forgot to include the exterior has about 12 fuel pumps selling unleaded, non ethanol unleaded and diesel. I'm happy this QT has made far far west San Antonio it's new home!

So well organized, allowing for shorter lines and less frustration! There's also lights that tell you when each station is being used (red) or available (green). Also, there's a protection on the pump so that if your car isn't connected, the gas won't pump.

I asked as of when bc i had just been there 2 days prior and it worked. he said since yesterday -- ok cool, no problem. i then go on to ask if he can get bout the phone number/discount on his end and he proceeds to say "i woulda did that to begin with if i could have" with a sassy ass tone/attitude. (Mind you, I'm the customer but having worked in customer service my entire life I will never disrespect someone doing their job. With that said you not finna talk to me crazy either) All i said was "ay man, i didn't need that smart ass answer. It was a simple yes or no" Just based off that response he canceled my order and wouldn't sell me the cigs bc i "cursed At him" -- I addressed the manager crouched right beside him who had witnessed everything and he sided with his employee I stood there for maybe 30 seconds partially in shock trying to figure out what happened and to just buy the cigs and go. In that time of me standing there in disbelief Bernard decided to pick up the phone and call the POLICE on me... needless to say I filed a corporate complaint with Valero HQ and when it is finally resolved I will be going back (during their shift specifically) with $100 in pennies and am going to buy every little cheap item in there with the Pennie's just to be petty
