One of our team members found a bug in his bed, and naturally, everyone's first thought was bed bugs. We immediately notified the front desk, but instead of taking it seriously, the staff brushed it off and claimed it was "just a stink bug." The photos we have tell a very different story. Bed bugs are a serious issue, and the complete lack of concern or urgency from hotel management was unacceptable. No apology, no offer to inspect other rooms, nothing. Because of this, we're in the process of moving our entire team elsewhere. If you value cleanliness and basic accountability, you may want to think twice before booking here. I want to be clear this was not in my room but in two separate rooms people in my party had.

They host wool felting, basket-weaving, and many other crafting classes. There is a fiber mill business in the basement. The Den only opened a few weeks ago, replacing the former CoCo coworking space. It was fun to see the Misfits take over this space last week incorporating tons of art and warmth into the interior design. Cool handcrafted tables and stand-up desks are located throughout the building. Two conference rooms as well. We hadn't ever heard of it, but thought we'd give it a try. What a terrible mistake. The outside is ugly. It appears to be a steel industrial style building and has a sign with chipped,fading, and peeling paint. It's literally a stone's throw from the train tracks. We almost didn't go in. Inside was filled with mismatched tables situated too close together with vinyl table cloths with a tacky grape motif. The decor was what could generously be called eclectic. The service was adequate but not great. The food....was so bad we were to the point of laughing to keep our selves from crying that we had paid $18 per plate. Fatty, tasteless ham; greasy cod; flavorless vegetables; packaged mac and cheese; pastries that looked like they came from a package purchased at a c-store; omelets "made to order" that weren't cooked through. So, so, so bad. PLEASE don't make the same mistake I did. Go somewhere else or stay home and make your own meal. Anything would be better than this!

We rented the entire house for 1 night for under $200 that included 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, a great dining room, and extra sitting rooms. I think the house would comfortably sleep 7 in beds. The owner, Kara, was very friendly and excellent to work with. She called after we left to make sure we didn't have any problems, and she also left us awesome muffins for breakfast!
