Amazing service, very clean as the staff are constantly prepping tables for customers and yourself…read morewhen you get up! Very large selection of delicious food including non traditional stuff for the kiddies! (chicken nuggets, chips, jelly etc if you have a fussy eater in the group) The selection of food isn't limited to chinese, thai, indian and other types of asian food are available and very yummy. The live cooking is fantastic but can be intimidating when you're not sure what you want. Their desert menu is also extensive and sure to appeal to anyone with a sweet tooth and even those without as they have fresh fruit and slightly more savoury deserts too. The price is worth it for what you get but do be warned drinks are sold separately and can add up! I constantly recommend this restaurant to friends visiting bournemouth and if you have to cash to splash definitely go take a look!

The place to go if you're after quantity of food over quality! This is a giant all-you-can-eat…read morebuffet featuring various Indian, Chinese and British style dishes, including a teppanyaki-style noodle bar, pizza and a dessert area. Expect to pay around £15 per person depending on what day and time you're visiting. The price doesn't include drinks, so it can get pretty expensive. The restaurant itself is enormous, so there should usually be tables available, even on a weekend. This looks like food paradise from the outside, but few of the dishes are actually of half decent quality! Most of the food is the same cheap rubbish you could buy for £1 from Lidl or Iceland and eat at home (including my personal favourite, 'British Dessert'). Maximise your value for money by feasting on prawn and fish-based dishes as well as the teppanyaki noodles and veggies. The Chinese-style garlic broccoli is pretty good. Avoid the sushi, as it tastes dried-out and far from fresh. I was glad that there were at least a few dairy-free desserts to choose from (lactose-intolerant over here), as most of them were covered in whipped cream. I can imagine the chocolate fountain is fun for getting creative with your desserts. Probably not the place to visit if you're looking for a high quality dining experience, but would be good for larger groups and children if you don't mind the price. I noticed many people were eating just chicken nuggets and chips, which baffled me a little as there's so much choice! If you do end up here, at least get value for money and try a bit of everything - it's not too scary!

Since they've taken my favourite item off their menu I don't tend to visit quite as often but their…read morerestaurant was over the road from where our coach had dropped us and we were quite hungry. The main "problem" with Wagamama is the bench-style seating since my husband needs a chair with a back (arms too would be helpful). We've walked away from one of these restaurants because they had nothing suitable to offer us, the Harrow one will bring a chair from the outside seating inside for us and, on this occasion, we were offered seating up at the far end (where the staff go for lunch) which was adequate as it was padded seating against the back wall.

So I love wagamama. It's one of my fav noodle restaurants. When I go I normally always get Yaki…read moreudon, but I thought I'd have a change this time. When we initially got to the place we had to wait to be seated as it was quite busy. When we did eventually get seated, we were waiting at least 15 mins before someone came to take our order. The food came quicker though. I had chilli squid (always a fav of mine and it didn't disappoint this time!) and the wagamama ramen. Now I've never had ramen before so I thought I'd try it. I've got to say, although the presentation is great, it's not really one for me. I just found it too bland. The portion size however is really quite generous. Once we had finished our food, it took very long for us to get our bill, even after the waiter had taken our plates and we had refused dessert. I can understand the slow service when it's busy, but it had quietened down a lot by this time and the restaurant was practically half empty! Although I love wagas I've got to say I was disappointed by the service in this particular branch.
