I find that we have been seated very quickly on arrival and if not we can get a drink at the bar which takes up a massive wall at the front of the restaurant. I like the fact that you can choose to have cutlery or chopsticks when you are at the table. Service has always been average in the restaurant. There have been times when it has been fast but other visits it has been very slow. Overall a good experience though.

Even more apologies; explanation that order was never made and appears to have been lost. We demand refund; they reluctantly concede. New ETD: 9:00 pm 9:00 pm - Food finally delivered along with money off vouchers for next order. I found the staff to ber very abrupt despite us eating at a very early hour of the evening and the restaurant being almost empty. I felt we were rushed through out meal and the table cleared almost before we had finished eating. The food itself was fine but we weren't offered desserts and there was no option of cutlery on the tables just chopsticks. I wouldn't visit again for the lack of service.
