Italian in the Belgium Countryside!…read more Are you a visitor who just needs some good old fashioned Italian cuisine? This is the place for you! Friendly service, quaint atmosphere and solid prices. Check out their website for hours. They are closed on Wednesday's and their hours fluctuate by day. They often open at 630PM for dinner but have noticed they are occasionally open for lunch as well. What can I say, Italian in Belgium... The portions are very generous. You can easily share a plate and still be satisfied. I enjoyed the carbonara. A little "wetter" than expected but still delicious. One of my companions order a mac & cheese type meal that looked fantastic. I so wish I could read french and note which dish it was. Essentially included some other spicy meats and tasted delecious. There pizza is also very good and they have a large variety. Tip for Americans visiting: The margarita pizza is simply a cheese pizza. I mistakenly thought it would include fresh mozzarella and no red sauce. I was mistaken! But still a excellent pie. Recommend a visit.

Tough review! Depends on how long you've been in country!…read more Pro: You're in rural Belgium, you're American and just need a simple meal where you know exactly what you're going to get. Quick, friendly service (generally one person there speaks English as well). English version of the menu is available. Next to a grocery / general store (think a small Wal-Mart, Carrfour). Con: Pizza hut pizza. The wings seem a little under cooked. Pro/Con: This is your typical pizza hut. Soooo, if you're in the US, there are likely 5 places I'd prefer within 5 miles of our local pizza hut. Convenient and a nice meal when you've been in country for a couple weeks and just need a break!
