I give one star to this company for good reason. The day of closing I was called an asshole for requesting a more clear copy of the notary seal on the deed. The closer Valerie S meant to send the email just to the seller, but she made the clear mistake of pressing reply all. The unprofessional acts continued as she failed to even call up on the phone to apologize. Instead she resulted to one lousy email explaining how she's having a bad day. If I had made that mistake, I would be on the phone immediately asking for forgiveness. I thoroughly explained in the beginning of the closing process that I would need either the original or a clear copy of the signed deed with clear vision of the notary seal. Instead she sent a blurry scanned copy. This transaction closed on time with no delays on our end as the buyer. The lack of professionalism in this company is the reason I write this review. I hope that the owner catches wind of this to ensure this does not happen to any other party that is providing THEM business. *Buyers and sellers* avoid this title company if possible, and if you can't, avoid Valerie at all costs. read more
