If I could give negative 100 I would. Every person from the nasty woman that answered the phone today June 9-2020 to the drivers that drove our dying mother in the transport vehicle with no air. We had to make them stop in mid-transport because our mother was burning up from the lack of air conditioning in the vehicle. The drivers were argumentative and highly disrespectful. They finally stopped at a gas station, so we could get ice because she was burning up from the vehicle being so hot in Florida weather without air and the windows were up. (They wouldn't open the windows either) We called 911 to finish the transport because this company wouldn't send another vehicle. When our mother arrived at the hospital she had 102.8 fever. She had no fever when she left 20 minutes prior. The woman that answered the phone was nasty and called us a liar. She was one of the most horrible people I've ever encountered in all my years, and it had to be on the day we were transporting our mother to her home to die with hospice. What horrible people they all are. I hope no one uses this company. I wouldn't wish the treatment we received on my worst enemy! I wouldn't wish it on the devil himself. We had hoped to bring our mother to her home to die in peace and now she's stuck at a hospital to wait for another transportation company. Please don't use them! read more

Tracy was easy to get in touch and worked with me to transport my mother. Other companies were charging way too much for a nearby ride. The only issue I had was the 2 men transporting were in a rush. By rushing a wheelchair almost came loose on the van and hit my mothers stretcher. I would have given 5 stars if my heart didn't jump when this occurred. The 2 men are very nice. My elderly mother needed transportation from a nursing home in Winter Park FL to Fish Hospital in Orange City. This company was so great! They showed up on time and were very gentle with her fractured spine while they moved her from bed to gurney. They loaded her in the car as gently as they would have their own mother. BUYER BEWARE DISHONEST & NO INTEGRITY.Today, 11-08-17, LAKE BENNETT REHAB arranged RT the distance, time and date wheelchair transport thru VINCENT ROBINSON, OPS MGR to take my 93yo wheelchair limited mother to her Ortho Surgeon for $160 to FL SPORTS INJURY. We confirmed the details with Vincent directly! Upon arrival, the driver who was 25 minutes late tried to increase the cost 25% to $200! Finally they agreed to the previous commitment because not only had we confirmed price but LB REHAB had also been told the same $160 price. The driver took my $160 cash and gave me a receipt. After dropping mom off at the appt. suddenly they gave us back $60, said they couldn't wait and to call VINCENT ROBINSON to schedule the return trip. Guess what? When called for pickup suddenly VINCENT ROBINSON isn't available and TRACY would NOT agree to pick us up unless we paid $100 1 way! Other return trip arrangements were made and they've lost the business account of LB REHAB which is a high quality, very professional and most caring operation. My best advice is toCALL ANOTHER wheelchair transport company. Not sure if Vincent is the owner or related to the owner based on my google search of the owners which has the same name as VINCENT ROBINSON but any company that doesn't stand by their pricing quoted to the REHAB facility and the customer but will LEAVE your disabled relative without any transportation CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.
