This is a medical transport but in addition to the $1500 cost, I had to pay an additional $500 to add a medical person to ride with my mother on a MEDICAL Transport. Unfortunately. I did not have the time to call other transport companies and paid the outrageous fee. But the worst part was when they brought in the transport bed and all they had covering the bed was a blue tarp with what looked like stains! No sheets, pillows, or blankets were provided for a 3 hour drive. I had to rush around and provide these basic items!!! Although the drivers were very nice, I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone who is transporting a loved one ANY distance.

Once again, we were touring another emergency room as my kid was having some issues with their…read moreheart. We have been advised by their cardiologist to try and come to this location because they would get good treatment and their doctors would have easier access to all their records. I had a small problem finding the place as My GPS took me a block away. I was able to flag someone down and ask for directions, and they pointed out exactly where I needed to be. When we arrived at emergency, I saw that they had free valet parking for emergency patients. I was able to take advantage of this and it seemed like a pretty nice set up. They send your ticket to your cell phone number so that you have easy access and don't have to worry about losing it. We went through security screening rather quickly and stopped at the desk to check in. With them being in their system already it made the process faster I believe. We had a short wait before triage and then were asked to wait in the weighted room. We sat and waited quite a long time and they found a room for them quickly when they almost collapsed in the wheelchair. Once they were in a room in the ER things moved pretty well. They drew blood for testing and hook them up to the heart monitor. A chest x-ray was sent for and we waited. They ended up seeing two different doctors and both of them felt it was safe for them to go home and follow up with the cardiologist within the next couple of days. We arrived around 10:30 in the evening and left around 4:30 in the morning. Overall, it was a pretty good visit and we would come back again. My only issue was that we were not told that the valet closed and when we went to get our vehicle, we went out outside for the valet and could not find anyone. I asked an employee who was coming out the door and they told us the valley was closed and that we would have to talk to Security about getting our vehicle back. I told Security the ticket number and they gave me my keys and explained that our vehicle was across the street in the parking lot and we would have to get it ourselves. I ended up leaving my kid up by the door while I went to hunt for the car. Thankfully, it wasn't hard to find but the exit from the lot meant I had to drive almost 3 blocks to get back to the emergency room. I feel like they could have a better system for this.

I was called by nurse Cindy to see if I needed an appointment before my scheduled time. Physician's assistant Ammari saw me and listened to all of my concerns and took notes. He asked questions and got a full picture of who I am before he checked me. I was also referred to specialists for all of the issues I had that needed specialized doctors. I'm looking forward to my future appointments and hope to see the coordinators who helped me with the referrals.

The genuine care and kindness she provided my son was so needed and appreciated. Before my appointment, I…read moreconfirmed my coverage and understood that there should be no copay for a preventive annual exam. When I arrived at the South Conway office, I was told I had to pay a $60 copay "just in case" the visit ended up being billed differently. I did not feel this was fair, especially since my insurance clearly covers annual preventive visits at 100%. Because I disagreed with being charged a copay for a covered service, I chose to cancel my appointment and requested a refund of the $60, which was provided. Unfortunately, this meant I lost time from work and wasted part of my day for an appointment I was unable to keep. I understand that clinics have billing policies, but patients should not be expected to pay upfront for services that their insurance has already confirmed as fully covered. I hope management reviews this policy so other patients do not experience the same frustration.
