I was looking for someone to help us establish a brand image/strategy that excited people to join. Bryce encouraged us get to know our clients more than on a surface-level before our first meeting, which has turned out to be the foundation for every business decision we've made since then. Bryce is methodical in his work -- giving us spreadsheets, handouts and homework. He's a great teacher in that he asked us questions (instead of lecturing) so we could arrive to the best marketing decisions on our own. Our sales are more than DOUBLE what they were this time last year, thanks to Bryce!! I could go on and on about everything I've learned from this invaluable experience. If you love working on your business and watching it grow, your time with Bryce will be worth every minute. It's exciting, thought-provoking and most importantly he helped us make a lot more money than we thought possible in such a short amount time!!!

When I met Bryce at a Pajaro Valley Chamber Mixer, I knew that our sponsorship package needed some attention...some updating. I'm an Executive Director...not a marketing/advertising specialist. When we first met at the mixer, I could immediately tell that Bryce's experience working with community based organizations and with for-profit companies was going to be a benefit to my agency's needs. His calm and welcoming personality is the final attribute that made me take action and contact him. During our initial meeting, we met all of our goals of the session. Afterwards, on several occasions, he gave in-depth follow-up advice. He provided easy-to-implement tips as well as guidance for new and potential opportunities. I deeply appreciate Bryce's consultation on our outreach materials. I feel more confident in presenting our sponsorship packet and in making a request to companies and individuals for support of our mission. We have several new sponsors so far. I believe that our easier-to-read and more relevant packet has allowed us to engage more efficiently. As my agency expands its opportunities to further engage OUR community towards ending homelessness, I will definitely work with Bryce again. We have a champion in Bryce...and I'm more confident in our messaging, sponsorship materials and strategy. I recommend Bryce, for his skills, integrity, enthusiasm, patience and timeliness, amongst other things...like results!

Print Smith - Front of the shop: hung with watercolors by a local artist. Pretty rad engagment with art and community.

The gentleman on the phone told me I could bring in my document on a thumb drive or email it to them or upload it directly, and said that when I came in to the store we could consult on paper quality and price points. Great! I went straightaway and was helped by a lovely gal who was very understanding when I had to tell her how to sort through the many files on my thumb drive to find the correct two to print. She went to the back of the store to do the print job, and returned a couple times to consult: once to give me the total price (something like $0.75 per page, on heavy-duty, slightly shiny paper) and again when I reconsidered and asked to print only a smaller portion of my document. All with a smile. Besides, I love that this store is so community-oriented that both walls are lined with watercolors by a local artist (for sale, should you be interested) (the art, not the artist), and the gorgeous greeting cards (3 for $10) are by a handful of other local and very talented artists. Nice to look at while you wait for the printer to finish, and nice to feel a part of the arts community.
