My mother and I went there during the weekend of my sister's graduation from Yale's School of Management(Go Bulldogs!). We booked while we were in Philly for our layover and had trouble scheduling online so we called the office. Olivia immediately scheduled us for a full spa day on Sunday and then we decided to do a separate float on Friday before dinner. Olivia was so kind and happy to help us. When we arrived on Friday we were greeted by Jade to prepare for our float session to sign our waivers. We were taken to a beautiful room with cozy blankets, salt lamps and calming lighting to begin our journey. After watching the informational video for our float session, Jade walked us back to the our separate rooms. The space was so clean and welcoming. We each had our own individuals rooms with a shower, float bath, robe, slippers and toiletries. It was an expectational experience. When we came back on Sunday for our full spa day which included a 3 min cryotherapy session, 1 hour float, 1 hour massage with Jalisa and Stephen followed by an hour sauna session. The deep tissue massages by Stephen and Jalisa were otherworldly. I usually ask for a deep tissue massage but never felt that folks were able to get deep enough, this was not the case. Both my mother and myself felt that every knot we had in our bodies was released and cared for during our session. There were multiple times I felt that multiple hands were on me though it was Stephen and my mom felt the same way with Jalisa. All staff at Ripple Float ensured we were comfortable, hydrated with their many free selections of tea, water and kombucha (available for purchase). We are both looking forward to returning for another full spa day when we are back in the city.

They have a decent selection of music and lighting to choose from for your float experience. They supply ear plugs, both the wax ones and the ones that go in your ear. They also supply body wash, shampoo & conditioner. After your float they have a room with hairdryers and other items you may need to get ready. The Float itself was so relaxing. They said it takes about 45 minutes for you to really relax and that is spot on. The total experience is 1 1/2 hours and such a great experience. To be able to just unplug and relax weightless in the warm epsom salt water is incredible. After the Float staff checks in on how your time was and offers you tea or water and a space to continue to relax. Loved it there, love the experience & I look forward to going back! We both received the full body yin and yang massage for $88. We were charged full price because the "system" didn't automate that upon checkout. We have been back and forth with the owners for FLASE advertising. I will NOT be coming back at all! The owner told us we could come back to get the service is 50% off before April 20. That is completely unacceptable. Especially from a business owner to another business owner, you don't up charge clients, offers the same discount and then say there's a system automation when YOU automate the system yourself. HORRIBLE. On top of the demand for a tip for all of the services, that is also unacceptable. And a turn off from a customer standpoint. I had my feet wrapped in a box with charcoal and made a nice foot detox When the headspa time came, our scalps were checked with a magnifying camera to spot the dry skin, follicles and any scalp issues, then moved to the spa room. Once the treatment started I almost fell sleep. This was so relaxing and Invigorating. Celine was great at both the massage and the head spa. Both very relaxing, beneficial to the body and soul. We were met with a warm cup of flower tea when it ended The only thing I didn't like, and this has only happened once before, is the demand for a certain % of tip. For this, the massage table is specifically set up in such a way so that you can comfortably rest on your side (and rotate halfway through the session), with any adjustments necessary to your body/comfort in particular. Laura D. has been incredibly attentive to where my body needs work! Though pregnancy is known to come with hip and lower back pain, she also has helped so much in loosening the tension in my upper body/shoulders, with just the right amount of pressure. My whole body feels much better, with less achy hips especially. My mood and sleep have also improved. I also greatly appreciate the precautions taken here--masks are required by both staff and clients, and everything you touch is sanitized. Angie has also provided excellent support from the front desk, both onsite and over the phone. If you are considering a massage in the area (especially if you are pregnant), I highly recommend coming here! They also offer monthly memberships (3-month minimum, 1 massage a month) which gives you a bit of a discount too.
