When there was a problem getting our windows to us at the original date because one of our huge picture windows cracked during the shipping process, owner Jerry Mashburn called me himself to apologize, explain the situation and reschedule with me. Jerry cares so deeply about the reputation of his company and it is so evident. Our windows were installed by the charming and ridiculously hard-working Brandon and Dustin. These guys are so respectful of people's homes. You will never have to worry about their conduct: they are consummate professionals. There's a reason YHW has so many 5-star reviews. They're all well-earned and you can have full faith in them. The owner, Jerry Mashburn, kept us well informed every step of the way. We were told the windows would arrive in 8-12 weeks. They arrived in 5! They called on Sunday before Labor Day and wanted to know if they could start installing on Tuesday. Their installers, Dustin and Brandon were very nice and professional, and explained the order that things would be done in, and estimated the job would be complete by Thursday. By Wednesday evening they were done and they are absolutely beautiful. Everything was cleaned up and back where it came from. They were very conscientious about keeping as much heat out of the house while the windows were being changed out. They were very careful with the installation and every thing went very smoothly, and we are extremely happy with the results. We are so happy with our windows and have already noticed that our two rooms with the most windows are staying 4-8 degrees cooler than they were with the old windows.
