He was so much more knowledgeable and provided me with several options to consider. Once the door arrived, Hal arranged delivery and installation. I have had workers in the past that rushed through jobs to be done by 5pm. That is not the case with Hal. He delivers quality work and he puts in the time to make it all right. We had a finicky door handle from Baldwin that took patience to install and we also had some wood rot behind the frame that needed to be replaced. Hal and team took care of all of it. They worked non stop until the job was done! The next time I have windows or doors in need of replacement, Hal will be my first choice.

He said he warranted the work but when moisture developed between the panes he came out and charged me another $100 for a caulk job that looks like it was done by a 4 year old. The moisture persisted-- He wouldn't come out to fix, wouldn't send me a receipt as I requested, wouldn't refund my money, won't answer my calls. I talked to Glass Doctors of Atlanta and they said the way he went about repairing the window is not correct. Furthermore they've heard of Marlon before and stated that he starts businesses under varying names all similar to Fast Glass, Fast Glass Pros, ASAP Glass, and that he's even copied their website and logo on occasion. Marlon said he worked for Glass Doctors of Atlanta but I spoke with the owner and he said that's a lie, Marlon has never worked for them. Glass Doctors of Atlanta said this job will cost around $300 to complete the proper way, with a piece of oven sealed thermal glass. I write this in the hopes others don't get scorched like I just did. It burns.
