Alba Dental Centre has quickly become the dental office of my whole family. On a side note, my husband snored terribly. It kept me awake at night and eventually we couldn't sleep in the same room. He had gone through the sleep apnea test at the hospital which came back negative. Alba Dental did the testing again but he was able to do the testing at home where he was in familiar surroundings and slept better providing more accurate results. The test came back positive for sleep apnea - severe sleep apnea. He now has a CPAC machine and no longer snores. He feels rejuvenated in the morning, has more energy and less headaches. I highly recommend repeating this test to anyone. Snoring and perhaps sleep apnea is serious and something not to be taken lightly or ignored. It might have saved our marriage! My niece is having her wisdom teeth extracted in the near future and we have full confidence in Alba Dental. The staff offer high caliber customer service and go above and beyond to help - you don't feel like a number. Their service is personal and intimate, they know who you are and treat you like a returning friend. I love the atmosphere. I have to mention how beautiful their office is! I explained my trepidations about another procedure done an year earlier at another location. Dr. Alsabbagh promised to change my mind about dental extractions. I was conscious and lucid, and didn't even realize the offending molar was extracted, and the place was sutured. Pain killers and an oral rinse was prescribed. After complaining to me that they were sensitive I took him to a new dentist March 2015 and found out that BOTH the teeth are decaying under the fillings...I'm not a dentist myself but I don't think that's supposed to happen. If we don`t have his teeth fixed soon he`s looking at ROOT CANALS!!! In his 16 yr old mouth!!! BTW, those are two of the three fillings he has (the 1st was done by a dentist where we lived previously), he has otherwise excellent teeth. Staff was snotty and did not return basic phone calls. Dropped off insurance paperwork with a note on it to call me upon receipt, no call. Was sent by Dr. Karaban to the Dove Dental Sedation Clinic in London for my 5 yr old. Submitted a quote to my insurance company for the work required. No problem, insurance would cover most of what was quoted, maybe we would have to pay a couple hundred bucks. After the work was complete they hit me with a bill $1300.00 OVER THE QUOTE of $1600.00!!!! In that bill there was a charge of OVER $300.00 PER LOOSE BABY TOOTH that they pulled out!!!!! One of the teeth was so loose I could have plucked it out myself before she went in!!! The adult teeth where the baby ones they took out took 5 months to even cut through the gums! You can`t tell me it was necessary to make her go without all of her front teeth for that long (her first tooth had already fallen out on it`s own). One of the baby teeth they `fixed` has been sensitive ever since and is discolored. These people are crooks and do sub-par work. I would not recommend anyone to go there and especially don`t subject your children to them.

Please read this review fully if you're considering using them as your dentist…read more I'm giving them one star only because it's a clean facility. Should I contacted them about a month and a half ago roughly because I need to have an emergency appointment done due to extreme pain in my mouth . I attend my appointment and they shared with me that I needed to get a root canal done I was like okay. The receptionist said she was looking into seeing if my insurance will cover the cost of the root canal and shared she will contact me later that day or the next day. Let me say I have yet to hear back from them and in result of that I have lost probably 30 pounds due to the fact that I can't really eat much with how much my tooth The doctor that works there still shocked he has his doctors license because he gave me an antibiotic to clear out the infection in the tooth after I shared with him all the medication and dosage I take daily he still proscribed me Tylenol 3s. Later that day I went and picked up my prescription I was involved that the doctor prescribed me if taken with my meds daily meds it would have had chemical reaction and resulted in my heart shutting down. I HONESTLY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. Terrible Experience.
