Alba Dental Centre has quickly become the dental office of my whole family. On a side note, my husband snored terribly. It kept me awake at night and eventually we couldn't sleep in the same room. He had gone through the sleep apnea test at the hospital which came back negative. Alba Dental did the testing again but he was able to do the testing at home where he was in familiar surroundings and slept better providing more accurate results. The test came back positive for sleep apnea - severe sleep apnea. He now has a CPAC machine and no longer snores. He feels rejuvenated in the morning, has more energy and less headaches. I highly recommend repeating this test to anyone. Snoring and perhaps sleep apnea is serious and something not to be taken lightly or ignored. It might have saved our marriage! My niece is having her wisdom teeth extracted in the near future and we have full confidence in Alba Dental. The staff offer high caliber customer service and go above and beyond to help - you don't feel like a number. Their service is personal and intimate, they know who you are and treat you like a returning friend. I love the atmosphere. I have to mention how beautiful their office is! I explained my trepidations about another procedure done an year earlier at another location. Dr. Alsabbagh promised to change my mind about dental extractions. I was conscious and lucid, and didn't even realize the offending molar was extracted, and the place was sutured. Pain killers and an oral rinse was prescribed. This was NOT my experience at Riverpark Dental. The staff is very friendly, most of the individuals on their large staff know my name, only after being there for 6 months. I am always greeted with a kind address and their conduct is always very professional. When I first went there, I was looking for a plan of action for my decaying teeth. My teeth were in poor shape due to genetics and lack of dental care. I was placed in a private office where we went over several scenarios. I happily agreed to one of the plans, thanks to the help of Sarah and her ability to break down costs and to thoroughly explain the details of my plan. Riverpark has gone out of its way to delay the cost on my part by billing directly to my insurance and being patient with my ability to pay for the work that is not covered by my insurance. I have had several 'emergencies' with my dentures and they are very quick to address my needs. I have called them after hours, on weekends and their response has been exceptional. I am fit in very quickly, sometimes, having my issue resolved in less than 12 hours... on a Friday night into a Saturday morning. By 9:30 am Saturday, my smile was restored and I could go back to work without a gaping hole in the front of my dentures. Dr. Jonathan is a superstar! He has made this process very easy. His is kind, patient and very caring. He is very knowledgeable and has a passion for dentistry. I had tooth…read morepain since yesterday 7 pm ( Nove 15, 2024) all night I did not sleep around 7 pm I made a list of dental clinics which are open in weekend. I called almost 5 clinics and explained my situation and asked if they can stop the pain and do what ever is needed. 4 of the clinics denied said to accept me and said can not do anything in one day just can do an X-ray and prescribe pain killers and follow needed steps after. I told them I don't come to get prescription because already had pain killers and two kind of spry to stop the pain but didn't work. I got these medications from pharmacy. Riverpark dental Clinic gave me appointment the same day ( Saturday 16 Nov, 2024) . They promised me can do whatever is needed the same day at least can stop the pain. I was feeling well and waited until my appointment time. Finally visited them. In the first step found them very unprofessional they said they will do some X-ray and give prescription. I said them that is okay will you do whatever is needed. after X-ray they told one option is root canal and filling and the other option is extract. I confirmed to go with root canal and filling, after keeping me waited almost half an hour to check how much my insurance cover. they found my insurance cover 90 percent of the root canal and filling under the limited fund remained. I said okay I can go with. Finally they said we can give you appointment for Wednesday which is after three days( Sunday, monday and Tuesday). I asked them to email me all reports immediately. Finally I paid 197$ with very disappointing I got their proscription and got the medication went to another dental clinic. I explained I have the xry and examination of my tooth if dentist can do root canal to stop the saver pain. Myself and the dentist waited for a while to receive the report, after multiple call riverpark dental send me the report which was very late and the other dental clinic closed. I asked the liverpark dental to prescribe me antibiotics because of swelling after half an hour they send the prescription where I wanted. In conclusion all my day went with $197 still have very saver pain and tomorrow is Sunday there is non dental clinic open and I have wait until Monday. the medication given to me is useless. Now it is 10 :25 pm, experiencing saver pain and thinking of I myself extract the tooth! Should I contacted them about a month and a half ago roughly because I need to have an emergency appointment done due to extreme pain in my mouth . I attend my appointment and they shared with me that I needed to get a root canal done I was like okay. The receptionist said she was looking into seeing if my insurance will cover the cost of the root canal and shared she will contact me later that day or the next day. Let me say I have yet to hear back from them and in result of that I have lost probably 30 pounds due to the fact that I can't really eat much with how much my tooth The doctor that works there still shocked he has his doctors license because he gave me an antibiotic to clear out the infection in the tooth after I shared with him all the medication and dosage I take daily he still proscribed me Tylenol 3s. Later that day I went and picked up my prescription I was involved that the doctor prescribed me if taken with my meds daily meds it would have had chemical reaction and resulted in my heart shutting down. I HONESTLY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. Terrible Experience.
