Here I am, back a month and a half later, and my brother's keys got stolen and the new FOB wasn't connecting. The guy remembered me, fixed the steering wheel controls, and were able to connect the FOB at no extra charge! I wanted to make sure I posted the good experience I've had because most times people love to only hear or share the negative ones. Auto Elite for sure has earned my business all over again; and I'll say this now so there is no misunderstanding the quality of the work was never in question simply the color. Thank you again Scott for making good on the situation I truly appreciate all your efforts to make the situation right.

I was able to get it done the next day and they were so chill with the drop off time which I appreciated bc I'm not a morning person at all. I was really impressed by the communication throughout the day but unfortunately, the communication was expensive lol. The quote was $160-200 and it was $415 at the end of the day. The original subwoofers were blown so I had to get 2 used ones they had ($50 x 2) and an extra something that ended up being a cool separate knob to control the bass. I opted for a mid range one ($50). They stayed open longer than the closing time so I could pick it up, SAME DAY. Long story short..... double the quote price but I LOVE THE WAY IT SOUNDS!
