Today I put clothes in a dryer(2 dryers over from the big one) and put $2 in for 40 minutes. It turned on then off. it's broken. The lady told me because I had towels in this small machine I can't get a refund. She used her phone to translate and let me read her reply. Please put a note on this broken dryer So other loyal customers don't have to lose money like I did. I will not step foot in this business again. If the machine is broken you may not get your money back either. You've lost a loyal customer over $2.

I decided to visit Super Spin Cycle after reading a review here. Although the review is not recent,…read morethe quality service described remains at this laundromat. I've been extremely busy lately and wanted a business that could wash, dry, and fold clothes as well as dry clean. While Super Spin Cycle does not offer dry clean services, the woman who washes the clothes did an exceptional job! My white towels have never been whiter and she hung all my pants and tops on the store's hangers! I am overjoyed and will return.

Long post alert! I…read morewent to take my birthday pictures today and decided on a laundromat concept. After searching on Yelp for the most aesthetic laundromat in New Orleans, Holy Sheets came up as #1...and once I saw the photos, I already knew this was the one. The floors alone sold me! I also had an oversized blanket to wash, so I figured I could kill two birds with one stone. When I arrived, I sat and waited for my photographer, then went to ask a staff member a question about starting my wash. That's when she let me know photos weren't allowed, but she offered to check with the owner. A few minutes later, he arrived (I hate that I can't remember his name), greeted customers, and then came over to speak with me. I explained it was for my birthday shoot, and he kindly let me know it was a busy time and he didn't want to make other customers uncomfortable, but he offered to schedule another time for us to come back. Very respectful and professional. Of course, with a scheduled shoot, we couldn't really pivot like that, so I thanked him and started making other plans. BUT then...he came back and said we could go ahead and take pictures, just to be mindful of customers and stay on one side. That meant so much! Even though people naturally started moving into that area (lol), we made it work, and he was super accommodating the entire time. I really appreciated that level of kindness and flexibility. Now let's talk about the space, this laundromat is BEAUTIFUL, if laundromats can be beautiful lol. Clean, bright, and very well-maintained. The floors? Stunning. The machines were all in working order, plenty of baskets available, and I love that they offer full-service wash and fold options too. What stood out the most was the customer service. He greeted people as they came in, listened attentively to customers, and created a welcoming environment. Overall, such a great experience. Thank you for being a part of making my birthday special!

They also called to make sure I was using a container that would keep everything together for the sake of their drivers which I thought was sweet. They sent someone to pick the order up from my house, washed everything, folded it, and got it back to me even quicker than my usual service! It was a little more than I was expecting but admittedly that's my fault because I didn't check to see how much I put in the hamper. Plus when they sent me my clothes back not a thing was missing and they sent along a little toy! It's a small golden egg with a disco ball and a little poem about laundry inside which I thought was really cute. My kitten loved the egg and has been whacking it around the house since. All in all, great service, great people. Thank you so much!
