I interviewed 5 candidates and Kenzie asked the right questions giving me the confidence she could do a good job. I typically plan all parties myself (I've planned and hosted many) AND I'm very picky so it was difficult for me to have someone help me. We chose a Swedish themed party and although she had no experience with this type of event, Kenzie did her homework and learned about the tradition so that she could provide guidance. We had 3 chiefs giving her direction, lots of changes and ideas coming from everywhere and in different timezones. Kenzie was flexible and willing to roll with the punches when needed. The highlight was the day of the event. Kenzie and her team set up the event, was there throughout the evening and then cleaned up. WOW, I was impressed! I cried as I entered the room because everything looked just like I imagined. I was the MC and hostess for the event. All I had to do was mention Kenzie's name and she was there to address my needs.
